Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. As a Janitor, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities. Your role will involve performing various cleaning duties to ensure a safe and sanitary environment for staff and visitors.

Duties:
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and floors
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Dust surfaces, including furniture, fixtures, and equipment
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request restocking as needed
- Follow established safety procedures and use protective equipment when necessary
- Adhere to all company policies and regulations regarding cleanliness and hygiene

Skills:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Experience in floor care, including buffing and waxing
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques for different surfaces
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks
- Understanding of industrial cleaning standards
- Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning preferred
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor at all times
